Dana Jackson has over 20 years of experience in the food, wine, gaming, and hospitality industry, working with major hotel companies and casinos on developing brand and customer satisfaction standards.

After joining the management team at the Westin St. Francis and the Four Seasons Clift Hotel in San Francisco, Mr. Jackson joined Richey International Hospitality Consulting. His clients have included Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Mandarin Oriental, Hilton International, Preferred Hotels and Resorts, the Taj Group, Peninsula Hotels, and Venetian/Palazzo Hotels in Las Vegas.

Mr. Jackson is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area and earned his degree in sociology and political science at the University of California, Berkeley.
