Kelley Raleigh is a Senior Director of Research and head of quantitative research at Zeitgeist Research. Ms. Raleigh has over 20 years of experience in category insights, shopper insights, and customer experience across consumer package goods and telecommunication industries.
Before joining Zeitgeist, Kelley worked for PepsiCo, Dannon USA, and Samsung Electronics America. She has spent the bulk of her career driving actionable insights for Fortune 500 companies in various insight roles.
During her career, she partnered with the largest food and beverage, retail, and wireless telecommunication companies across the U.S. to drive increased revenue and shopper engagement.
Ms. Raleigh holds a B.A. in chemistry and an MBA in marketing from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga.
