Simona Kats is Director of Strategic Research at Zeitgeist Research. She brings 20 years of experience helping global brands unlock growth through human understanding and innovative methodologies to deliver impactful insights and drive meaningful conversations.
Before joining Zeitgeist Research, Simona held a range of research and managerial roles across multiple industries and verticals. In addition to her strong foundation in traditional market research methodologies, she has partnered with both startups and established organizations to develop and implement new approaches—tailoring strategies around messaging, positioning, and brand identity to improve the quality, depth, and speed of insights delivered to her clients.
Simona has experience in the retail (Sephora, Levi Strauss & Co.), CPG (Whole Foods, Athleta), utilities (Honeywell, Reliant Energy), hospitality (Marriott, Starwood), luxury (Luxottica, De Beers), finance (Discover, Barron's), automotive (Jaguar Land Rover, BMW), and technology (Dell, Ramp Business Corp.) sectors, working with organizations to inform high-stakes business decisions and fuel sustainable growth
